IET Premium Award to Samiur Rahman and Duncan Robertson
Many congratulations to Samiur Rahman and Duncan Robertson for winning the 2022 Premium Award for the Best Paper in IET Radar, Sonar & Navigation, for their paper ‘Classification of drones and birds using convolutional neural networks applied to radar micro-Doppler spectrogram images’, Volume 14 Issue 5, May 2020.
Premium Awards are given by the IET to recognise the best research papers published during the last two years. The editor-in-Chief in his Editorial in Issue 1 for 2023 has stated- “The paper is judged to be outstanding because it represents a substantial amount of work—both theoretical and experimental, because of its excellent and significant results, and because of the clarity of its writing”.
